I was out running this morning and during this activity I often connect to a deeper part of myself. I was thinking about life and how strange it is. We are here for such a short space of time and our existence is somewhat patterned. We get up, we do our daily routines and then we sleep. We get older, some of us have children, some travel, most work, some suffer, some thrive and to me it is all about becoming one with life, with nature. Nature is the truest adaptation of universal flow because it mirrors a state of being in this present moment.
“Chi, also spelled qi, is life force energy or vital life of a living being in traditional Chinese philosophy, religion and medicine. The concept is similar to prana in Hinduism and yoga philosophy. Chi means “breath” or “air” and is often translated as “energy flow,” “life force” or “matter energy.” ~Yogapedia.com
Universal flow is flowing with the very essence inside of us and going with its direction for our lives. We have to sync up with this fountain of life force that is often referred to as Chi (see description above) and in doing so our lives will ultimately flow. However, humans have been given this thing called free will and in many ways I feel it is diverting our lives down many rabbit holes. We keep seeking joy, peace, happiness and health in all the wrong places. The things we are seeking are already within us, we just have to let go and allow a far greater experience to summon us home.
When I was running my bodily desires were busy so I was able to tap into this Chi energy and I sensed its messages via words, pictures and a heart synced knowingness. I thought maybe this whole world is an illusion in which we are lost and death is the ultimate awakening, not a deep sleep after all.
